Premium Technology offers a web based, multi-currency software platform for managing Supply Chain Finance transactions, branded FinShare. It is a highly flexible, scalable, and configurable solution set which enables banks to create products and offerings for clients based on evolving credit and client working capital needs. Available modules include Supplier Finance, Receivables Purchase, Factoring, Purchase Order to Pay, Asset-Based Lending, Risk Participation, and Document Preparation. The system provides automated eligibility filters, invoice validation controls and a great deal of flexibility for assessing fees, accruing interest and managing risk (buyer limits, seller limits, concentration by industry, country, etc.). Our solutions may be licensed outright or utilized via a hosted, ASP model.
